Each Grab-n-Go includes a 10ft pre-inflated garland, hooks for mounting, and extra balloons in case any are damaged during transport.

We recommend using a full-size SUV with no car seats or other items and the seats folded down to transport your Grab N Go. We cannot guarantee that the garland will fit in smaller vehicles. If you arrive with a smaller vehicle, we can separate the garland into smaller pieces for easier transportation.

The latex material of the balloons can attract dust and dirt, especially after storage. Wipe them down with a damp paper towel or microfiber cloth to restore their original look. Additionally, using a cold-setting hair dryer can help remove dirt and dust.

Our balloons reveal their unique colors once inflated. Some colors may look drastically different before inflation.

These are pigment spots. Due to the manufacturing process, some balloons may have these spots, which are completely normal. In the overall look of the balloon arch, they are unnoticeable.

To ensure your balloons last through an event, inflate them only to their rated amount, tie them carefully, and assemble them in a cool environment. We also recommend adjusting them as little as possible once installed, especially if they are in the sun. However, balloons can sometimes pop for no apparent reason.

Our balloons are crafted from high-quality professional-grade materials, designed to withstand outdoor conditions better than standard balloons. They are more resilient to sunlight, heat, and cold, maintaining their color and staying inflated longer. However, even our durable balloons can pop in extreme heat or prolonged sun exposure. To maximize their lifespan and performance, we suggest a few best practices.

First, always keep balloons out of direct sunlight and maintain them in temperatures below 90°F. Avoid placing them on heat-conducting surfaces like concrete or sharp surfaces such as dry or pointy grass. In hot weather, underinflate the balloons slightly to accommodate expansion. When pre-inflating, follow all the precautions and ensure they are not left in a warm vehicle, exposed to sunlight, or placed on disruptive surfaces. For added protection during transport, using bags, such as mattress bags, can help shield the balloons from disturbing surfaces and sunlight.

You can inflate your balloons several days ahead of your event! To keep them in top condition for party day, store them at room temperature and away from humidity or sunlight. Using a mattress bag or covering them with another non-transparent material works great.

Our high-quality balloon garlands can last for several weeks. To ensure they last as long as possible, we recommend keeping them out of direct sunlight and at room temperature.

Unfortunately, because our kits are pre-packaged, we cannot make changes to existing collections.

When first inflated, they appear glossy but are not transparent and have a thick, matte color. To achieve a more matte finish, leave them in the sun for 5 minutes (avoid prolonged exposure to prevent popping) or in open air for 12-24 hours. This will give the balloons a velvet-like texture similar to the pictures.

Balloons are more likely to pop in the sun. If your event is outdoors, we recommend minimizing adjustments to the installation once it's set to prevent popping.

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer custom kits.

Yes, our balloons can be inflated with helium (with the exception of our 5” balloons)! That said, since our balloons are double-stuffed, they require 100% helium and will also have a shorter float time than singular balloons.

Wall hooks will only adhere to flat, untextured surfaces. Post Worthy Notes is not responsible for any damage caused by the adhesives. If your wall paint is delicate, please test a small area first and remove the adhesive by the tab as soon as possible.

Your kit will be processed and shipped the next business day. We ship orders Monday through Friday at the beginning of the day, and in most cases. During high-volume periods, it may take up to 2-3 business days to ship your kit. An estimated arrival date is provided at checkout, and 99% of our orders arrive on or before that date!

If your kit is stuck in transit, we recommend reaching out to the carrier first. We fulfill orders within 3 business days to ensure timely shipping, but we are not responsible for postal service delays once the package leaves our facility. If your kit will not arrive on time due to carrier error, place a new order with expedited shipping and bill the additional cost to the carrier as part of your insurance claim (all orders are automatically insured by carriers for up to $100). If you eventually receive your original package, contact us at info@postworthyevents.com to initiate a return, which is only accepted in this case.
